Tech companies get jumpstart on net neutrality 'action'

BILLS, BILLS, BILLS — Reps. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.), Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-Wash.), Derek Kilmer (D-Wash.) and Mia Love (R-Utah) have introduced the CHANCE in Tech Act, aimed at bolstering public-private partnerships that help support IT apprenticeships dedicated to closing the tech skills gap. Sens. Cory Gardner (R-Colo.) and Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) have also thrown their support to a companion bill.
