Representative Kilmer to Talk with Seniors

(PORT ANGELES)-- U.S. Representative Derek Kilmer will meet with the area's senior citizens in a forum that will provide a give and take on issues such as social security and medicare.

The forum will take place today (Friday, May 2nd) starting at 1:00 PM at the Port Angeles Senior Center, at 328 East 7th Street. The forum is open to the public and includes a senior resource fair.

Representative Kilmer and others will be speaking and answering questions from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a senior resource fair to follow. The forum will also include a representative from the Washington State Attorney General’s office, who will detail how to avoid scams targeted at senior citizens.
