House of Representatives Advances the Billy Frank Jr. Tell Your Story Act
Thursday Representative Denny Heck (D-Wash.) thanked the House Natural Resources Committee for their unanimous support to advance the Billy Frank Jr. Tell Your Story Act.
During the full committee markup, members of the House Natural Resources Committee passed the Billy Frank Jr. Tell Your Story Act, H.R. 2270.
“This man was known for his amazing ability to bring folks together,” Heck said. “The impact of Billy Frank Jr. should be known by every visitor to that refuge. I’d like to thank the committee for their efforts and dedication to advance this legislation. Next we will work to get the votes to pass it on the House floor.”
