Kilmer Announces Rescheduled Town Halls
In addition to last week’s Facebook Live and Kitsap, Mason County Town Halls, Kilmer will host town halls rescheduled due to the government shutdown
Tacoma, Wash.—Representative Derek Kilmer (D-WA) announced today that he will reschedule the town halls meetings he was forced to cancel last week because of the federal government shutdown.
“One of the most important things I can do as an elected representative is listen to my bosses—the people of our region.” Kilmer said. “I am looking forward to hearing from the folks I represent and sharing my ideas for ways Congress can prevent future government shutdowns and focus on the issues that matter most for our region’s families and economy.”
